Some thoughts while I watch the Olympics.
– Michael Phelps: I think PTI has a point when they say that maybe we could wait until the guy actually wins all the medals before we say that he’s “the greatest Olympian of all time!!!!!” or whatever. On the other hand, NBC got me to pay attention, so I guess they’re doing something right.

Batman versus Titanic
Seems like everyone is very concerned that ‘The Dark Knight’ doesn’t sink ‘Titanic’ (pun intended). This article from Reuters is one of many that seems to think that the latest Batman film will not break James Cameron’s watery smash-hit, even though ‘Dark Knight’ has taken in over $400 million in four weeks.
