Axl Rose Pissed at Dr. Pepper
CNN is reporting that Guns N Roses had nothing to do with Dr. Pepper’s promise of “free soda for everyone in America” if the band (which at this point is basically Axl Rose) would just release the album “Chinese Democracy.” The Register says that Rose may have undermined his legal case by praising the Pep in a press release that mentions guitarist Buckethead. (I used to think Rock and Roll wasn’t dead, but maybe it is.)
At press time, Mr. Brownstone had no comment.

Rolling Stones sign long-term deal
You know how its hard to get life insurance if you’re, say, 70 years old? I guess that doesn’t apply to music.
