Angela Merkel, Chancellor of Germany, let it all hang out the other night.
German media and fashion experts saluted the surprising fashion audacity of German Chancellor Angela Merkel, due to the open dress she wore at the inauguration of the National Opera in Oslo.
And in America, people freak out when Michelle Obama wears a sleeveless dress. Can you imagine the headlines if she wore something like this? I think Bill O’Reilly’s head would explode.
